To qualify for a purchase, the customer must agree to the following terms and conditions:
Terms and Conditions of Delivery
- Philippineswithlove will send your gifts to your loved ones free of charge to yourself and your recipient. You will be notified via email if the delivery address you indicated is not serviceable. You will not be charged for unprocessed transactions. Please refer to our Delivery Areas before ordering.
- Philippineswithlove offers gift items with varying shipping dates. Please refer to Shipping Details on the product page of your intended purchase to see if available for next-day delivery or with waiting period of longer
- Upon ordering and placing a desired delivery date, the sender will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been processed. If for any reason, we cannot meet the desired delivery date, we will inform the customer through e-mail.
- The purchaser must agree that the delivery details and address that he/she provided as point of delivery and billing are truthful and correct.
- Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
- PhilippineswithLove has the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details inputted by the client but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
- In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, PhilippineswithLove has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
- If a delivery is late, PhilippineswithLove will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
- If the product is not delivered, PhilippineswithLove will replace the ordered product with one of the same value.
- If PhilippineswithLove cannot fulfill the delivery of the item because the recipient refuses to accept the item due to personal reasons, PhilippineswithLove has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
- PhilippineswithLove reserves the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to its corporate policies.
Furthermore, PhilippineswithLove shall not be liable for any loss, delay, non delivery or misdelivery of your orders due to any of the following:
- Act of God or force majeure including but not limited to strike, war, rebellion, civil commotion, natural disaster or calamity, bad weather condition, acts of public enemies.
- Act, omission, fault of shipper, its agent, third party claiming interest in the shipment and government agencies with actual or apparent authorities.
- Nature of the shipment or other characteristic, defect or inherent vice thereof.
